Account Creation and Management

Smart Campus accounts are created and managed by school administrators. Individual users (parents and teachers) do not have the ability to create accounts independently. All account creation, modification, and deletion requests must be submitted through your school administrator.

Account Deletion and Data Removal

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, please contact your school administrator. Your administrator can submit deletion requests on your behalf through the Smart Campus support system.

Upon receiving a verified account deletion request from your school administrator, we will:

  • Deactivate your account immediately
  • Remove or anonymize all personal data within 90 days
  • Retain only data required by law or for legitimate business purposes
  • Provide confirmation of data deletion upon request

For data deletion requests or inquiries about the deletion process, please contact your school administrator or reach out to our support team through the App's support feature.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, we will remove or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where retention is legally required.
